  • How will we collaborate on my project?
    The software we'll use to collaborate will depend on the specifics of your project. Google Workspace applications work for most projects. Our tech stack also includes Content Snare and SketchDeck. We'll decide on the method that works best during discovery.
  • How do I start my FIRST project?
    To start working with Taylor Tasks, navigate to the Solutions page on our website and select the support type that best describes your need. Check your inbox for an email from Taylor Tasks with a link to a form you'll use to share your project details. Submit the project brief Schedule a Project Kick-off call (if applicable) Review and approve the project summary and estimate
  • How will we collaborate on my project?
    The software we'll use to collaborate will depend on the specifics of your project. Google Workspace applications work for most projects. Our tech stack also includes Content Snare and SketchDeck. We'll decide on the method that works best during discovery.
  • May I text you?
    Text messages should not be considered a primary means of communicating with Taylor Tasks. Unless an alternative communication plan has been mutually agreed upon, the client portal should be utilized for all correspondence.
  • Can I make a request over the phone?
    Yes. You can let me know what you need over the phone, but the request won't be "official" until a Work Request has been generated. Work Requests inform the project summary, which defines the specs and overall scope of the work you're assigning.
  • How do I start my NEXT project?
    Active client projects are initiated with a Work Request. While logged into your client portal, click “New Request” from the sidebar menu, or click the "Request Support" button on this page. Give the request a title, fill out the details section, select a deadline, link the request to an existing project (if applicable), and upload the materials you want me to use to complete the request. Check your inbox for the next steps!
